Ms. Rahma Abdallah Muhdhar is the Editor at Dar es Salaam University Press (DUP). She earned her Bachelor of Arts with Education (Hons) and Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Dar es Salaam. She also taught two courses: Introduction to Linguistics Structure and General Phonetics at the Department of Foreign Languages and Linguistics at the University of Dar es Salaam for 12 years.
